It's nothing anyone can do. It's just like my own personal civil war right now.

Wow, what can you eat in the shower, besides fresh produce?

Kevin, I moved out on my folks on my 18th birthday. My mom tried to block my car with her body, and my step dad had to physically pick her up and move her out of the way. I'll never forget that. We hardly spoke for monthes, and even years. If a parent makes it impossible to have a good childhood, they have no right to take away your good adulthood too. Screw them, its time to move, and leave everything behind. I left my horse, and I was sooo afraid they'd shoot her to spite me. They didn't.

I also came from a bad place. A therapist in impatient treatment when I was 19 referred to my family situation as "abnormal bordering on bizarre". Just wanted you to know you aren't alone. I so wish I could help you, and thus help the girl in me in your place all those long years ago.

I'm willing to own my sick family now. Let people come and read and scoff, or cry and wish they had amigas like we do. I'm not changing my post.
