You are concerned about what your neighbors hear you yelling, but don't think yelling "Toes!" is going to raise any eyebrows?

You could name her "Dromaius novaehollandiae".

Or perhaps "Nova" for short.

Other names to consider-

Twinkle - As in Twinkle Toes... goes with the toe theme without being so... toeish!
Celeste - Because she is heavenly.
Mischief - Because she probably is!
Chloe - Because she looks like one.
Polly - Because it is a name that is usually applied to a parrot. (This from a woman with a chicken named "Kitty".)
