Give me pictures of your chickens and I'll try to sex them

I just want to pop in... I was reading about those barred rocks. To me those look like pullets, or at least the one on the left. The angle at which she holds her feathers and the smallness of her comb, suggest hen. Though I may not be completely right. You can usually tell by sound once they are older, but barred rock roos would have a larger and redder comb by now, from what I see.

Hold on a sec... I may have a question on my own birds...
Also, on the polish, none of my roos have a comb yet...and daddy is over a year? They should have a v comb at least evident by now right? Or do white cr3sted blacks grow slow?

Edit- sorry, I didnt realize there were 9 pages... so I only saw page 1

Here are some Barred Rock sexing tips for you. :)

How sure are you on the Java? If it is a cockerel, I'll probably need to take it back sooner rather than later.

t This is a five-month old buff orphington. We got as a chick and thought it was a hen. It looks so different from our two-year old buff orphington, we are concerned it might be a rooster. It has more facial comb and is larger. In the photo with the two buffs, the bird in question is in the back. Can any one help? Thank you so much. Is our Daisy a Duke?
Because it has a saddle cushion, its a hen. Some of those breeds get a lot of red, even the hens.
