Giving chicks scrambled eggs

I was wanting to give my month old chicks scrambled eggs, Do I need to give them chick grit as well, or will they be okay without it. Its been a year since we've had chicks and I just simply don't remember!

They would probably need grit to digest the scrambled eggs. Try mixing the grit in their food maybe 2 days before you give them treats. I am just guessing here from what I know. Maybe yuor local feed store would know. Best of luck

I thought grit was for stuff with hard casings like bugs, and cellulose and other planty goodness? Eggs are soft enough I think to be without grit.
