giving eggs to chicks

How do I feed eggs to 3 week old chicks? Do I mash them up or just crumble them up.Are you sure they don't need grit?

hard boiled, or scrambled.

They'll love it. It is their natural, pre-hatch feed. It's what they ate in the egg. No grit needed.
