I try my best to contain the aroma, cause if it gets very far from the house I find that I have ALOT of friendly folks dropping by to visit.

I also own a Treager. Absolutely, the best BBQ/Smoker that I've ever owned. The wife can't wait to beer butt a couple of the contestants of this weeks Freezer Camp inductees.

Good luck on your 10 roos.

Gotta Go. The "Camp" needs it's Director.

As I was reading this thread I kept thinking "y'all ain't from the south are you?"...went to look and SHO NUF, no one from the south. Triple D was right....boil or pressure cok em to tenderize, bread or flour, fry em up and serve em with Pete's Hot Sauce! Best part of the bird! While you are at it, you can just bread and fry the livers with them.

I just floured and fried a big pile of livers and hearts yesterday with a pile of onions in butter and holy cow was that stuff good. Today I have gizzards to boil and fry. YUM YUM YUM

Random question. If you raised pigs could you feed the waste material from the butchering of your chickens to them?
