Yes, he was quarintined. I sent him back to the man I got him from as I was finding more and more issues and it was a bit much for me just starting out. I believe whoever bred him shouldn't have done so. He had some genetic issues, also. The hens are doing well, only I'm still waiting for my Barred Rock to lay her first egg.
