Glass window okay next to the nesting area?

We are currently building our beautiful coop and the current set up is there is a glass window (ventilation) next to the nesting area. Would the chickens be okay with that? Would their laying be affected?

Should be fine. If it turns out they'd like more privacy you can always add curtains later.
