Gleet monistat dose

Tapeworm segments look like rice. What kind of worming meds are you using? Safeguard does not treat tapeworm. Valbazen is broad spectrum, and will take care of many kinds. For vent gleet, after washing the discharge off, hold a good dab of the cream right on her vent, and let her vent eat it. It will work better than just rubbing on her skin. Vent gleet has a bad odor, like a yeast infection.

Not smelling a bad odor. She was pooping totally normal after Safegaurd goat wormer (did whole flock. She still has a bald spot but nothing on it. I clean and put nu stock to heal and spray with blue coat to help prevent the others from seeing red skin and pecking.

Unfortunately someone still has diarrhea. I think it is her again. Not white milky. Poo colored just not formed.

Following along with this thread as I am going through similar and posted a thread about it.

Pretty confident my speckled sussex had/has an impacted crop, sour crop, and vent gleet. I maybe turning the corner on the impacted crop and sour crop. Just need to address the vent gleet. Hoping the monistat I've been giving her 2x daily (since Sunday) will help with that. Her bottom is raw, lost feathers and very red, poor thing. She def has discharge coming out as well. I did soak her bottom last weekend in Epsom salt and apply monistat to her bottom and vent area, but not inside her vent.
i’m treating one of my hens for vent gleet now can you please say exactly how you give the moonstar . i’ve cut the suppository into thirds and giving her one third twice a day just putting in and making her take it she has but it seems big . seems like others are giving them the cream from the tube orally what is the correct way ?
