I am also from Dubai and am looking at starting my own flock of chickens, but want to make sure i get a good healthy chicken breed, if possible with health certificates. Have you gotten your own chickens here now? would you be able to help me set up? if you can reply i can hopefully get in touch directly.

My mom used to have chickens in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. I loved UAE!

does that mean you and your mum are no longer here with chickens? would you know where you got your chickens from?

No! This was decades ago. In the late 80s. I just have fond memories of the chickens and the country, the desert and gulf in particular. It must be so different now. Dubai in particular. Always the big city when we were there but nothing like now from pictures I've seen.
