Swift backed up more, then leaped. She hit the ground hard, having the wind knocked out of her and tweaking her back paw. But she spun gracefully and got up. She looked at Sapphire. “What is happening?!”

Sapphire heard Swift and spun around. "Swift! What are you doing here? And where's Luna? I smelled her around here..."

Saabi walked out of the den “Tooth? Oh my gosh Tooth!” She ran over fast and stood beside him

Those were Tooth’s last words. His body finally stopped trying and gave up.
