Clyde looked down "thatd be nice" he said before standing up, it was rush hour at the zoo, so he figured he would give them a show before he left. He started running around, doing a few tricks, and once he was done with his act, he stood on his hind legs and howled. He smiled as he saw all the people clapping and cheering
Lottie laughed happily, she jumped up deciding to really give them a show. She chased after Clyde pinning him down in one fluent move.
She smiled at him playfully

Lana, finished grooming her blonde fur, stepped out of the woods with her tail held high. She breathed in deeply, taking in a startling abundance of foreign scents. Blood...and is that the smell of...more new wolves? Whatever could be going on down there? she wondered. Lana started down the hill towards the congregation of wolves.

Mitts kept on laying down. She might be able to get up at this point, but she was tired of trying so hard so she just kept on laying down. She was confused on why she couldn’t talk, she was confused on what this strange pack was and what in the world they were in, and she was confused on why there were settlers watching them. It was all so strange, and she wanted life to just go back to normal.

As Lana approached the group, the smell of blood grew thicker and more sickly. Her eyes fell on the motionless body of the male Alpha. Tooth. Questions flooded her mind faster than she could keep track of them. Who could have done it? How? And oh--what would the keepers think?

Lana did not care to come into close proximity with the body of Tooth, but she could see that he was quite dead. She shuddered, but at the same time a satisfied light lit up her golden eyes and feelings of freedom and joy crept into her heart. No, Lana had not thought very well of the pack's leader. But now he was gone!

Mitts saw the wolf looking at Tooth’s body and wondered if she was good or bad. It seemed that in this pack there were only two types of wolves, horrible savages, and nice friendly ones. Mitts didn’t like the line that seemed to separate this strange pack, and that just made her want to go back home even more. It felt like her life was falling apart and she couldn’t stop it. She felt alone, and scared, and terribly confused.
