The stampede came a few minutes later. Hundreds of cows came running. "See! Its huge!" Moon shouted over the rumbling of the hooves.

Raven was already eyeing a very weak female. She ran as fast as she could to the front of the stampede, and once this heifer went past, she lunged. Raven through the cow off balance, and once it was down, she delivered the killing bite to its neck.

Mitts ran over and took down an young cow, but as she took it down she saw Raven in the distance.

Ravens cow was massive, she looked down upon it, now wondering how she would drag it back home. But for now, she started eating.

Moon got into hunting position waiting for the next weak cow to run past. She saw Raven but ignored her, moon had to get a cow.

Mitts continued taking down cows until she had a couple small females and one weak male laying dead at her feet. The herd was already passing, so she started trying to get the meat back before Raven was done eating.
