Sparrow thought her muscles might just fall right off her body as she approached the cave at the summit.
thats when she saw the tall wolf guarding the cave.
"Oh come ON." She groaned to herself as she staggered towards her. "Hey. Are you gonna let me pass?" She asked bluntly in a tired whisper, to weary to raise her head. "Because if not, I'll fight you. I'll give you the best I got. Which may not be very much at this point.
But I can try.
I've come too far to turn back."

She gathered the strength to raise her head with new determination burning in her eyes.

The wolf stared right back. "Who are you, where do you come from, and why do you come?" She asked calmly

"I am Sparrow of Mountain Tribe." She answered in a hoarse whisper. Those words that made up her identity was comforting for her to say aloud.
"I have come for the Sapphire plant to heal my pack-mate."

Luna searched the forest and finally came upon a patch of fennel. Ripping all of it out of the ground, she was just about to leave when she spotted basil. Not believing her luck, she snatched it up as well. Then, turning back to the camp, she raced back as fast as she could.

The wolf stared at her intently. "I see," She said. "And what condition does your pack-mate have?"
 
Falcon sat next to Raptor and looked around the camp. Something or someone seemed to be missing, but it took him a moment to figure out what is was because he was growing so accustomed to the pack being in disarray. “Hey, where’s Sparrow?” He barked. Raptor gave him a side glance, a smug, knowing expression on his face. “I heard Shark say that she went to some mountain to get something that could cure Sapphire.”
