Swift yawned and stretched. She wandered out to take a short walk. She saw Thunder and Sapphire talking. Aw, they’re cute. I wish I had a mate...She walked back into camp. Maybe someday. Raptor’s nice...at least he’s not like Sky, trying to find a mate like he needs one to survive an apocalypse.

Raptor, who was laying down next to Falcon, looked up and observed Swift as she walked past. Now that’s a she-wolf. He thought to himself. Falcon gave a slight jump as Raptor elbowed him in the ribs and said, “I’ll catch you later, bro, I have certain obligations to attend to.” He winked. Falcon cringed. “Okay, whatever,” he responded, rolling his eyes. Ignoring him, Raptor trotted over to Swift until he fell in step next to her. “So, where are you headed?” He asked her.
