Aurora awoke against cold, wet, stone. She tried to move, but couldn't. When she tried to move her front leg, a pain shot up through her body. It was broken. Come on, she thought, I can do it. She slowly dragged herself out of the cave, and felt water lapping at her body. She slowly began to swim, and continued to swim farther away, when she realized this wasn't a river, but something bigger. The ocean? she thought. Turning back, she began to swim back, but was too exhausted to continue. She let out one, mournful howl, took a deep breath, and began to sink under the waves, surrounded by endless water
