Sapphire thought hard, and suddenly she remembered Luna telling her something about using fish oil for seizure. "Well, one thing we could use is fish oil. We're right by the sea, after all," She said.
(It's actually used to prevent seizures in dogs, but whatever)

Marsh looked at the omega "if you go back to camp, I will stay here with her, and catch some fish"

(Ummm do you get fish oil from fish?!?! XD)

Sapphire looked at him doubtfully. "Are you sure?" She asked. "I think we should bring her back after catching some fish, where Luna can take care of Aurora." She remembered that as an Omega, she shouldn't talk to Marsh like this, but right now, her main concern was Aurora's health

Sapphire nodded, but she had to bite her lip to not say what she was thinking. She scrambled up the cliff, and disappeared, running swiftly.

Sapphire raced into camp. "Luna! I need Luna!" She gasped
Luna heard Sapphire's cries and rushed forward. "What's the matter?"
Sapphire tried to catch her breath. "We found Aurora, but we think she had a seizure, she has hypothermia, and broke some bone-"
Luna stopped her and quickly gathered some herbs, and grabbed a very high piece of moss, dipped it into the stream, and raced forward towards the sea.
