Edit: don’t listen to what movies tell you. If someone falls into a coma they are pretty much dead and not coming back.

( maybe seizures or something along the lines? The fall could have damaged nerves and if she overextends herself she could have seizures? Just an idea lol)

( I think waist down paralysis from nerve damage would be good. Heart attacks and strokes would both also be good. Seizures too.Maybe pneumonia?)
