1. They're planning to kill us all
2. They were scared off by us being in the area, and only shot because they were scared of us so they won't be back
3. They want to trap us all if possible
4. They want to kill some of us, but trap some (random who gets trapped and who gets killed, roll for intensions on each wolf) OR they have certain criteria of which wolves they want to keep alive (roll for that)
5. They want to take only the pups, and scare off/kill the rest
6. They wish only to scare the wolves off
