(Sorry I left abruptly. There was a coyote attack on my chickens. Luckily, we chased him off before any damage was done, and all my chickens are fine and accounted for, there was just a lot of searching for a couple of the hens. I'm back now, though. )

Oh my gosh! So glad you were able to chase him off before he killeed any of your chickens You should probably be ready for him in case he comes back, though, maybe put a trap out for him with something yummy to entice him to go after the already dead food rather than your live chickens

(They have five acres, while most zoo exhibits with 5 wolves have 1 acre. So I would say 5 per acre, meaning no more than 25 wolves, right? Sorry if that math is wrong. I'm still a little shaken with the coyote. He was massive, and the coyote's usually don't fail to get their dinner here.)

"Want to go get a treat?" Daisy asked slyly. "You can either do tricks to get one, or, if the timings right, a keeper will pick you up to show to the crowd. You can't wiggle or bite, you just let them hold you and act cute, maybe do some tricks to." She grinned, wagging her tail

"Um..." said Dove, "I'm not sure I'm ready for that yet." She couldn't imagine herself doing tricks without messing up, as she always messed up everything, and she certainly couldn't stay still and calm is a settler picked her up after what she went through in the forest!

(Him being a loner should make it easier to catch him, I'll pray for you to catch him before he actually manages to do some damage. He doesn't seem to be the most avid hunter if he can't even catch a chicken, lol, maybe he was banished from his pack cause of that? Or he had no-one to teach him to hunt? Now I'm personifying real canines, )
