Lottie dug her way out really fast and sprinted down to the river. She began to panic when she saw them on the other side of the river to her, they crossed! They crossed without me. She looked around hurriedly, humans were screaming and stumbling back from her, there where also humans shouting and trying to corner her. Lottie had no choice but to jump into the water, having never swam before this was certainly going to be a very interesting experience

Glacier heard shouts sounding across the water. Looking back, he saw humans chasing a wolf. Was it...Lottie? "Lottie!" He shouted. He changed the direction he was swimming and paddled towards her. "What's going on?" He asked

“Glacier!” The relief in her voice was clear, “we have to go. Now before they start up the thunderfish and chase us.” She paddled hard, barely keeping her head above the water

Swift was cut off at the sound of splashes behind them. Lottie was paddling towards them, with humans screeching on the shore behind her. Should we help? No, that would be too risky for Daisy. Hmm...

Daisy looked back. "Oh no." She whimpered, pressing close to Swift.

Swift pulled herself up on shore, crouching to let Daisy off. Daisy jumped down, and Swift turned back to the water. “Lottie, other wolf I don’t know- are you ok?”

”yes but we have to get into the forest NOW.” Lottie fought to keep swimming, she was exhausted but there was no way she was risking herself and the others getting caught and taken back there

Glacier looked at the bank looming in front of them. "Swift, get into the forest. Protect the pups at all costs."
