When we was finally able to, he stood up and stretched. He walked over to a large bowl of water and took a long drink. He was alone. He started to pace the walls of the room, waiting to see if they would bring Luna back. When he bent to get another drink, he realized that he wasn’t in pain anymore. After a while, the door opened again. A settler came in with the stick, he recognized this settler from before. She talked to him calmly, and threw him some kind of food. He hesitantly ate it. “Good boy” she cooed at him. He didn’t understand what she said, but he could tell she was happy with him. He wagged his tail a little. He was beginning to like it here.
