‘ Who would feel happy? My pack hates me, and I don’t even know what I did to deserve it. Well, I did try and help Flame, but I think I said sorry enough about that. The whole Owl thing wasn’t even my fault, I was just trying to eat without that she-wolf bothering me, and she clawed my eye so bad I can’t even see out of it anymore!’

‘ In a pack of like, twenty. I know how you all feel about me, and I don’t really care anymore. You all think I’m just a stubborn dog that can’t submit. I try so hard, but I just can’t. I’m leaving anyways, so what does it even matter? You and Shark are acting too much like Owl, and she’s a rotten wolf. I liked how you guys acted before you started trying to make us all into a perfect little pack of brainless wolves. I’m not ever going to submit, because I don’t see a reason for it. We are all the same deep down, and what rank you are really just depends on your luck. I don’t want to be punished for not respecting wolfs I don’t feel deserve it.’

‘ Yeah right. If anything me leaving will help you reach your impossible goal of a perfect pack. I don’t think my ‘kind’ spirit will be missed by anyone. The only wolves that might keep me to stay are Flame and Sapphire, but I don’t even know anymore.’

Mitts felt like she was being a bit rude, but she just wanted to finally say everything that she had been keeping in her head.
