“Of course you can, I’ll grab you some.” Crow quickly walked over to the food pile. Poor thing, she looks like she’s been through a lot. He had noticed he scars, but didn’t want to make her uncomfortable by bringing it up. Whatever caused them must have been really bad. Crow grab a sizable chuck of meat, and brought it back to Sunshine. He set it down in front of her. “Eat up!” He said, and nudged it closer to her. She looked like she could use a good meal. He wondered how long she had been out in the forest.

She scrambled to eat it, she saw him looking at her face “I was burned” she whispered
 
Lana walked over to join the small grouping of wolves around Sunshine. "Hello, little pup," she said lightly, lying down so that she would be at eye level with the young wolf. "You have been alone for a week, you say? You must be a very brave wolf, for you have taken care of yourself well enough to survive. My name is Lana," she continued, watching the pup 'wolf down' the meat with great satisfaction.

Sunny looked away, she knew Lana had seen her scars and heard her tell Crow about the fire that had claimed the lives of those she loved and almost taken hers
