As Sapphire fell, she screamed, “I’m sorry, Mitts! I broke my promise! Please don’t go tattle on the Alpha’s!”

Mitts heard Sapphires screaming all the way back in camp. Her heart dropped, her eyes went wide. She stumbled out of her den and ran towards where she heard the scream.

 

[Starburst]

Sapphire continued to tumble through the air

Mitts reached the cliff, and stared down at her falling friend. ‘ Sapphire, what the heck the fall is like 10 feet why did you scream.’ She stated, annoyed.

 

[Starburst]

As Sapphire continued to fall she looked down. It didn’t look like ten feet. She fell farther and farther until she hit the rocky bottom, her body matted with blood and very much dead

Sapphire woke up, gasping for air, tongue hanging out of her mouth. She looked around, panic in her eyes. It was just a dream

Mitts layed sleeping in her den, asleep.
