"Okay, let's go." Shark stood up. "Before someone sees us.... Hey Flame, you understand that if you ruin this then you're going to die, right?"

"Yes, Alpha." Flame drooped her tail and lowered her head. "I'll do it for Mitts." She thought.

Sapphire's eyes went wide with surprise at Shark's comment to Flame. But she said nothing

Ava grinned and followed the wolf through the tunnel, opening the gate on the other side. She was very pleased with this outdoor space that she'd helped create for the wolves. About an acre of land, it was full of trees that she'd planted, grass and other plants that she'd sown, hills that she'd helped make, and a little sparkling stream that was music to her ears. "Here's some more meat," Ava said to the wolf, offering some more

"Jake, please go first. Then you Sapphire. Flame and I will follow."

"Sure," Jake stood up, looked towards the house to make sure no one was there, then started off. "You guys try to stay a little more hidden. No one will worry about me."

Spring almost ran into the fence. Oh, I'm not free. The settler held out more meat, Spring took it. Even if it isn't the real forest, it's better then the box I was in before. Spring trotted ahead.

Blizzard glanced up and saw Spring at the other edge of the enclosure. He realized that he hadn't told her that he'd lost his back legs
