“So after a talk with my boss we have decided you can come and collect the wolf.” She winced gearing herself day those words, she hated saying that.
"Oh? Great! I'll be right over! I'm actually just a block away. See you soon!" Jason hung up, then dialed another phone number. "Hello? Yes, it's me. I almost have the wolf..."

Sam looked at Ava, what had they done? She hurriedly dialled the emergency number “hello? We need the police, to the corner of Belfast and Lexington drive, someone is going to try and poach an animal!”

Jason jumped in the car, making sure he had all of the equipment and headed over to the center.
Ava looked at Samantha, worry in her eyes

“You go meet the police when they come, text me if Jason shows up okay”
Ava nodded and walked out the door, waiting. She gulped when she saw Jason's face behind the wheel of a car that pulled up.
He's here. No sign of the police yet, she texted. Should we humor him and pretend on getting the wolf ready while we wait?

No kidding. Ava texted before Jason stepped out of his car.
"Hey. Is the wolf ready?" Jason smiled, but there was no emotion behind it. Only lips stretching across his face.
"Almost," Ava replied.
"Good," Jason said coldly, sweeping in through the doors. His eyes seemed hungry, like a predator searching for his prey.

Sam slipped into the wolf pen “I promise he won’t hurt you.”
