Go-to meds to have on hand

I've seen some posts and articles on chicken first aid kits. I'm wondering what everyone thinks should be on hand in a well-stocked chicken medicine cabinet. I know some things will be available at the local grocery, pharmacy, or TSC. Some might need to be ordered online. Some are a few bucks, some a lot more than that. I'm interested in stocking up and being prepared, even if it takes some time to get them all.

I just ordered some Vetrx Poultry Aid on Amazon. It's supposed to be a remedy for all sorts of things but especially upper respiratory problems. It basically just looks like Vicks for chickens - camphor and so forth. But a lot of reviewers posted glowing reviews, and I figured it couldn't hurt to have some of that on hand.
 
I put together a rather thorough first aid kit when I first got chickens and now, 4 or 5 years in, there are things I use and things I almost never have.
I get the most use out of:
Denegard
Rooster Booster Vitamin/Mineral liquid
Permethrin - both dust and spray concentrate
Dewormer - typically I use Valbazen, but will also use liquid SafeGuard occasionally
Scalpels
Oral dosing syringes
