Goat bloat or constipation???

I’m sorry I’m not trying to spam I just didn’t know what’s the right forum for this I put this on two others I don’t know what to do for my goat she’s not acting like herself she seems maybe constipated but could it be goat bloat instead??? I don’t know the symptoms but I’ve heard it’s very serious and I don’t wanna go to bed until I know that she’ll be okay. She waddles when she walks, wants to lay down and is straining kind of. Shes not making a lot of noises but I hear rumbles of her stomach and no burps please help
