Before anyone freaks out about the voter who put they own a single goat, I keep him at another farm with a bunch of other goats so he won't be lonely

My goat is the one in the middle. His name is Station and he is a purebred Boer. He is about 2.5 months in the picture.

Question, I don't know the breed of my goat she followed me home three months or so ago while I was out running, I'm thinking she was real young she had no horns now she does, and I've noticed she has milk coming in? Help no idea what to do
