goat housing? goat breeds? goat tips?

im thinking getting goats. they cant be big goats or mean goats or very noisy goats.
I was thinking pymgy, Numbian, Nigerian Dwarf. I like the big ears not interested in milking or breeding (at lease not yet!)

also im thinking of just getting one goat. I do have a 6 yr old golden that could keep it company along with people. would that be ok?

what size is recomened for a goat house that will house 1 (possibly 2) goats
I was thinking of making one side angled so they could climb it and have be about 4x5 ish
im in ny so we have harsh wimter and hot summers

also I may have to scrap my pumpkin garden and donate it to the goats so please my parents its about 20x10 ish I beilve and iwould place the goat house inside the outside run
how tall should the fencing be for pygmy goats and larger goats?

also about how much would it cost to buy a kid goat, to build the house and care/feed the goat
and will they need to cavinated? if so against what
