Here's a full body pic from the same day...excuse the shave job, I didn't have any guards on my razor so I had to just freehand it. Yes, he is on the small side. His dam is really small. I think he was nice and thick, but not very wide or muscly. The judge said he should fill out, and he did to an extent. He was only 49 lbs
Here is him a couple months later

Don't worry, I'm awful at shaving. Awe, I see, it looks like he filled out a fair amount. He looks nice in the second pic "chart". He looks like a sweet goat too. Elliot's dam is small too, but his sire is a beast so Elliot's like medium sized.

Shaving is so hard imo....when you have a squirming goat up on a stand and you are trying to do your best and hurry, you mess up a lot. I weigh him every month, and he is just under what i would like him to be every single month. LOL.

Yeah, I always get my mom or dad to help me when I have to shave them! Awe, hopefully he makes weight one of these times!

Goats! They always surprise us! And sometimes in ways we don't like! Hopefully he fills out in time for you!

Thanks! I'm taking him to a very small show in about 2 weeks. I know the judge personally and she is very knowledgeable about goats. Hopefully she can be a good judge of him. I'll be going over to her place sometime next week too so maybe I can get an opinion then.

Just snapped this pic of him as the sun was setting tonight. He may not be a very good looking by show standards but I think he is very photogenic, lol.
