goat worming ivermectin and ivermax

I was told Ivermax was a generic for Ivermectin. Is there a difference or reason why I should not use the cheaper one to worm my goats with. I also have read to do this orally to get better/faster results.

What do you know on this?

As long as the bottle says ivermection 1% you should be fine.

I buy the generic version from Jeffers and it works just the same.
