My goats right now are in the dog kennel. My fences are good, but there are gaps between the gates and fences that the goats can escape through. Had I known that would have ben a problem--i would have waited on getting the goats, but... Hubby's next day off will be spent afixin the gates. sure am glad he loves me so much! He also doesn't want them to be in the dog kennel for too long. But on the good side of having them in there right now--is we can have quality bonding time. i want them to know me and trust me, and know where their food comes from before they get turned out into the pasture.--so if they ever DO escape--the capture and return hopefully will go smoothly.
