Godzilla Chickens For Sale! (no eggs any longer)

It is funny how you can tell everyone that you are selling off your stock, but they still write to you. I have seen that bird, but I was not aware that they are large. I have a Black Langshan Roo that is rather large. Anyway, I read that these are your pets, or were your pets. But. what are they breed for, not show, medium eggs? Meat birds? Well, your birds are beautiful and I wish you all the best in your breed change.

I love to photo my birds, so I wanted to see a pic of these big birds looking over a Pumpkin or Jack-O-Lantern.

Those birds would really make my Serama look tiny.

Great write up on them. I learned alot by just reading this thread.

My MIL raises this kind of chicken and they win at major shows all the time with them. They have shipped their birds all over the country (And out of it before the bird flu) and get top dollar for them. I was there one day when they were boxing up a roo headed for Kentucky. The new owner paid $1200 for him. He was a multi champion show bird.

I PM'd ya. i did not get to the point were you are selling off this stock. Do you have any smaller hens left ?? I would have to have them Overnighted. I did this wilth a Jersey Giant last srping and he is just getting his waddles. I have games birds and a nice roo so I will not be able to get one of your roos without hatching them. I can not afford to loose my jungle fowl roo.

I SOOOO need some of these eventually LOL My DH is mildly scared of my La Fleche roo because he is so big... LOL I need some Godzilla Chickens to surprise him when he steps into the coop! Hahahaha! If I manage to squeeze an extra coop out of the wood I have this coming spring... I'll be in touch

Ok everyone, please read this. I will not have eggs next spring, so please don't ask for them. I am changing my brood pens around, and I won't have room for these any longer. My brood stock is already gone, but I do have a young trio left, that is it. These birds are from this years hatching, but are old enough to handle the winter just fine. If you are interested in purchasing these birds, pm me. BTW, I will be getting some Malay, and Shamo next season that will make these birds look like midgets, plus be game too!

I raised them mostly for fun. I wanted some big birds, with some gameness. They aren't particularly good layers, and meat is a waste of time because the grow sooo slow. BTW, a Serama would be a light snack for these birds...lol!

Just remember Guitarists, the new ones will be full games... he he Plus, I have already received my Thai, which I will start raising next season. Check them out!

Whenever he threatens to take my bator away... I'll just remind him that he may wake up with THOSE in bed with him! HA!

He is amazed at how BIG a chicken can get, and he;s never even seen a truly HUGE chicken

I'd love to have a trio someday just for eye candy and as a conversation starter when family comes to visit

They are so different and I love it
