Godzilla Chickens For Sale! (no eggs any longer)

Tried to PM you, but your box is full. Anyhow, I just live a few miles south of you and would be able to pick up. Please let me know when you have some available.

I cleaned out my pm's, so you should be able to pm me now. I do have some 2 week old chicks available. Thanks.

Steven ~ I assume these might make great free rangers due to the game aspect and the size as well. Would they be a threat to other household pets? (Cats, small dogs, etc.) I assume as with most animals, it may depend on if they are raised around them, but I am curious if they have a built in gene to be more...hmmm..territorial, I guess? against other animals as well. Which would be great as far as free ranging and predators, but not so much with our other animals.

Thanks! :)

I can tell you that they don't get intimidated very easy, and aren't afraid to let a cat or dog know they aren't going to get pushed around, and that goes to people too sometimes...lol. Anyway, no chicken is safe from predators, but I do feel that these birds would do very well free ranging, but you wouldn't want other roosters around due to the gameness factor, and the shear size and power of these birds. I have never seen a cat that couldn't run away, and a dog that isn't smart enough to avoid trouble, or just eat the bird! Hope this helps.

Pretty sure my mini poodle and mini dachshund could NOT eat that bird! hehe They are mainly inside, but still do go out on occasion. Our only other outside pets are our barn cats (who get away from us pretty well when they want to, but I'm sure the birds can run faster than us! ;-) )

I actually don't have any free range birds at this time and am still considering it. Had considered game birds due to the fact that they are pretty good at keeping themselves safe, but this seemed like an even better (bigger? hehe) option.

Will keep it in mind. Thank you for answering. :)

I have them in a 6 foot tall pen with topnetting. Here is a recent pic of them in the pen.
