My button quail eggs were due two days ago, I had two batches going 4 days apart. Not a peep so to speak so far and Im going nuts. I seriously need a hobby from my hobby to keep me from running into my "incubator room" every five miniutes!!!
on another slightly less frustrating note- Im having awesome result SO FAR( ok so its only been two weeks) with my homemade incubator made out of styrofoam insulating sheets, cpu fan and home-wired heater is or seems to be working good. I have a bunch of guinea eggs in there and a few chicken (EE) and so far- as per my candling things are actually working- I started the EEs in there and I have viens and little tiny eye spots( I think those black spots in the early eggs are eyes!!?...) so Im stoked!time will tell but..Im excited...eeeee!!
