Going out to play?

Well, its week six with my chicks. They were moved from rubbermaid to homemade XL brooder in basement and have been feathering well.I was thinking of letting them out to play in my fenced in back yard for a bit today. Its sunny and 40 degrees here in vermont and not too sure if its too soon and too cold to let them out in these conditions?

I would say its still to cold because if you take 5 degrees off a week the temps should be about 60. IMO
