Going to build a new coop for 5 breeds - suggestions?

Not really sure where to begin on this project. Aiming for a "dream" coop, the last one, never need another.... (That's what I tell DH

)

Hoping to have separate sections for 4 standard and 1 banty pens. Original thought was a 12 x 24 shed roof style building with a little room inside for storage and brooders. Planning on large runs out each pen so interior dosen't have to be huge. They will rotate free-ranging or all range together in non-breeding season. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'd say a similar design would work well for you. build it to scale like your looking for smaller/bigger or longer.

That is an awesome coop. I wonder what the dimensions are for each pen?
