The code enforcer gave us a summons to appear in Town Court on Wednesday August 21, 2013 @ 4pm.
We are being charged with a misdemeanor "Raising poultry on less than 5 acres on a residentially zoned property".
If anyone can put us in contact with the Rochester Chicken Coop, Rochester NY, we would appreciate it. I haven't been able to find a contact person/email for the group.
