My incubator lost heat (was down to 87f when I found it the following morning) because of a harsh snowstorm that came in. It didn't loose power, but my house got so cold during the night that the thermostat would have needed to be readjusted. I had Silkie eggs at day 18, only 5 survived of 22 that had grown to that point. But, I had 2 more batches of eggs in there that were much younger.. they must have been about 10 days & 3 days in the incubator at that point.. it doesn't seem to have affected them at all.. except they did hatch a few hours later.. as some people have posted.

60f sounds pretty cold to me.. but don't throw them out just yet. Candle at day 14.. even with brown eggs you may be able to see if there is a big dark shadow or just a shadow from the yolk.. maybe not though.
