Have you thought about wetting their feed so they don't waste as much?

Or making a feeder that they can't get in to scratch around?

I'm not sure about wetting their feed, but maybe I'll make a feeder, however they are now eating from the same place as the rest of the flock.

Wetting the feed is a pain. More feed changes, higher risk for mold...

May have slowed their growth a bit(what's the protein percentage...
...but doubtful any long term affects.
