They posted an auction for a dozen hatching Mosaic eggs. My sister won it.
Are they reliable? Has anyone used them before?

Well, if she won an auction, she really doesn't have a choice - if you get the high bid and win, you should pay. She entered a contract to buy by bidding, and she should honor that

If, afterwards, something goes wrong, she can take that up with the seller, or if she pays through PayPal file a dispute through them. Hopefully everything goes fine, though.

I’ll let her know! After she won, she decided to look into them and got doubts, and wanted me to use my ‘chicken site’ for help
