YIPEE!! I'M NOW THE PROUD MAMMA OF A GOLD LACED CHICK!!! He or she hatched out around lunchtime today, and is the most lively chick in the hatcher. I'll be glad when the rest of the hatch is done so I can get him eating and drinking.

Right on! I had 3 GLOs in lockdown and so far only one hatched :/ but she's beautiful!Oh yes, I just love the.color. This was the only GLO in lockdown. The rest are paint silkies, black copper marans, and black English orps. 5 chicks total out so far and 6 left to go.
