Gold Laced Wyandotte Bantam? Or ?

The first one is from September. she is from May or June hatch, 2010. The second 2 pics are from yesterday, March 15, I thought she was a GL Wyandotte Bantam, but, it just dawned on me, that she has a single comb. The male that I have, has a rose comb. She has lost some feathering in her rear, from being in w/ the main flock. I am doubting if she is even a GL wyandotte now, or a different breed. Or just a defect?

i say defect because i have a slw that has a single comb and 4 silkies that have a single comb

ya, the single comb gene runs in wyandottes, same with silkies. i have seen some peoples wyandottes with single combs. thankfully my GLW has a rose comb, i plan to show her
