I bought my GLW at Tractor Supply on June 10, 2022. They swore they were positive they were all pullets. The bigger “she” gets the more I think she may be a cockerel!! “She” crows daily. However, “one of my two new “girls” has started laying light tan eggs. The other new girl (a Hampbar) should lay a true brown egg. I have no idea which one is laying the light tan eggs (still trying to catch in the act!)

“She” (Marigold is her name) is lovely! But I don’t have room for a rooster. Can anyone tell from the photo?? I have scoured the internet and see hens and roosters that look like Marigold!!

That is 100% a roo.

If you look at the saddle feathers, which are the ones drooping down in front of his tail, they are very pointed. A hens feathers here would be rounded.
Also the pointed hackle feathers, and the red orange coloring over the wings.
