The meaning of lakenvelder means shadow on a sheet.The golden lakenvelder is a rare type.However the silver lakenvelder is more common.They lay white and tinted eggs.they are well flyers.Full grown females way 3 to4 pounds.they are very quick and fun to watch.I have never owned any but willin a year.If you have any post picures.
