You can determine the parentage of some of the sexlinks...gold, black, red, golden comet...etc. gold sexlink is Rhode Island Red rooster and Rhode Island White hen....and Golden Comet is --White Rock female and New Hampshire Red rooster.....
Lots of variations in these chickens and lots of names...such as: Cinnamon Queen, Red Star and other similar ideas such as ISA Brown....
I think that the gold sexlink is the absolute all around best chicken for personality and production. these chickens are amazing. .
