So I know they are hybrids so there isn't a second generation, but I had a white/yellow chick hatch from a golden comet mom egg. Odds are likely it is a boy, right?

Well, it's not sexlinked like it's mother. Once a sexlink is bred to another breed, you just end up making more mixed breeds.

The mother is carrying 1 copy of dominant white, & the father is Birchen in color, the baby would probably grow up to be white with black flecks, & possibly alittle red leakage.

Gender won't be known until are 6-7 weeks.
