Golden Comet? Or RIR?

Given the price and past histories, I would have to agree with Moonshiner. Going by physical appearance of the birds pictured and the low price, I might give them a try knowing that they were past prime production age.
okay ill keep that in mind thank you

Well, with the seller sending the picture, I assume that this pictute with the better and younger looking hen is just to excitate interest in possible buyers and that what you actually get would be the old and spent ones like in the background or worse.

Honestly, I would not buy any of the birds they offer.

Here in Germany when they clean out the big industrial chicken coops to repopulate them with fresh pullets, they sell the spent hens for 1€ per bird to "rescuers"/retailers that then proceed to ask 5-10 € per spent and mostly severely sick birds.

Some years ago a friend of mine acquired some of these hens because she felt pity. But they were so sick that even several costly visits to the vet did not help to save them.
My friend lost a lot of money and felt disillusioned, never again trying to "rescue" spent industrial hybrids as she even had to abstain from getting any new birds for more than one year because of the contaminated grounds the rescue hens left behind.
